The CAA is hosting its 18th annual conference in Trinidad at the newly constructed Hyatt Regency Hotel from December 3-6, 2008. The conference will start with a welcome cocktail reception on Wednesday 3 Dec, with two days of business sessions and on Saturday December 6 a leisure event will be arranged.

Guest Room Rates (The rates are quoted in US$)

Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes and services charges in effect in Trinidad and Tobago which are currently twenty-one percent (21%) or applicable taxes and service charges in effect in Trinidad and Tobago at the time of the meeting as well as charges for items set out on the attached Hotel Information Sheet.   

The "cut-off date" is November 2, 2008.  Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates.

Electronic reservations facility will be made available in due course. Reservations can also be made by calling 1 (868) 623-2222, referring to the group and meeting name. Reservations must be made on or before the cut off date.
